There are times when we must face the job of dealing with recalcitrant people, and the first order of business is : just how much of the infraction should have , could have, or could not have been prevented to begin with. The next issue to deal with, is how to handle the problem in a Christlike manner. Third is, in dealing with someone, are you really committed to seeing the situation through.
I personally do not wish to become that involved, but to maintain unity within the group, I must respond to the unpleasantries in a proper and sound manner, maintaining cool demeaner, and not allow the conversations of others become too raucus and confrontive.
